Helping men take control of their health with James Smith
“I’ve invested in MANUAL as I align with their mission to give men with low testosterone the best possible outcomes.”
To support men in their health and wellbeing journey, we’re offering 70% off on our initial blood test. We want to make it even more accessible for men to understand their testosterone levels and hormonal health.
A message from James
"Just to make it clear, I don’t get paid for you to have a blood test. I’m here because whether your testosterone is low or not there’s a positive outcome on the horizon, let me explain. It’s important to find out where you’re at, whether low or not, this isn’t discussed enough.
Let’s say your levels come back fine, that’s great, perhaps the lifestyle still needs a bit of work, diet tidied up, more sleep etc. But with a reading of where you are now, you can check in periodically to see how you fluctuate in coming years. Even if you feel OK and fine now, for the sake of a finger prick, you can have valuable data for the following years to compare to."
