Overview
MANUAL promises to fulfil quick and effective testosterone blood test results. However, in the event we are unable to provide you with this service, you are entitled to your money back on your first initial testosterone blood test.
How to receive a refund
Within 90 days of ordering, customers are eligible for a refund on their first initial TRT testosterone blood test if either of the following criteria are met:
- The test failed twice to provide results.
- The test kit did not arrive on two attempts, with the correct address entered.
What happens next
To claim a refund, please email trt@manual.co stating your order number and reason for claiming your money back. Our team will investigate the matter and handle it accordingly.
